We want you to love your Clare V. purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Clare V. tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
